Founder and CEO Shaun Noorian established Empower in 2009 with a conviction that quality is not a cost center. It is the foundation. That conviction shows up in how we build: facilities engineered for cleanroom-grade manufacturing, not converted retail space. It shows up in how we hire: a Quality Unit with full authority to hold or reject any batch. It shows up in how we operate: a documented system where every deviation triggers investigation, every corrective action is tracked to closure, and every batch is released only after Quality signs off. We do not use the word 'quality' as a marketing term. We use it as an operational standard.
